★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There customer service very bad I think his no knowledge how to talk with anybody,Most third class travel agency i have ever seen with third class buses.Never ever avail friends traveler service you'll spoil your trip.If you go with this travel than at the time of boarding you will find a dirty surprise... They oftenly transfer their passengers to another travel agency. In one word BC in ki maa ka B***da

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i had book ticket through friends travels from kolkata to digha or i had book return also from digha to kolkata....
while going from kolkata they did change travel and also i did not found my matchble seat ..
while returning from digha they sudden they told us there was not any bus able for us than i called to customore care , and they suggested me to come to take another bus finally i came in #parmeshwar travels bus and a conductor of bus drunk and he did very misbehave to all ,
finally i just want to say i am very upset to friends travels . whatever they did to us that is tottly unexpected to me
hope you will try to recover everything to give comfortable zone to ur custmore ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management is too bad... Is there having any problem in the middle of the road...that u can't contact to bus driver or conductor.... They r not going to help u... As I have recently faced this... They just denied to help me and my friend....Thanks for providing worst experience with your customer service.Please Guys never ever go with friends travel as they have no idea what they are doing...agar main aapni language mein kahoon toh... Inlogo ki survice chutiya type ki hai aur
People working inside them... Douala, BC ,motherf**ker aur Illiterate type ke insaan hai...
