★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is exactly what I was hoping it would be. I keep it in my bedroom and slide it under the bed after using it. Love the fact that I can wake up and get a few exercises done before heading to work, in about five minutes. I'll typically pull it back out when I get home and do the same thing. A couple weeks ago threw it in the car and took it on a trip to use in the hotel room.
I'd recommend it to anyone who wants an easy reason to work out, mobility, flexibility, or strength maintenance, but not necessarily for people looking to gain bulk muscle mass.
