★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had really bad experience in the city when it comes to cat grooming. I used to take my pet to Animal planet for grooming as i felt there was not any option for me, until i found this hidden gem on google! My kitty is quite well behaved but i literally heard the groomer (of animal planet) yell at him as if he is doing his job out of sheer disgust. Pet grooming is something which i always felt should be done not for just money but also if you are an animal lover. This pet shop is the best in town guys! I swear i have never been this happy before. They not only made my Cat feel comfortable, but they made sure he gets the best of haircut. Thank you Swagata! Keep up the good work ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner of the shop knows what she is doing. Great with your pet. Wonderful woman. But my cause was not served. Though work with my pet not at to the point she charged me full. Yes that's my pet first visit. But she should consider. May be next time it will clear my doubts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am new pet mom. After searching a lot i go through about this clinic. And it's really 1of the best. Swagata, the owner such a sweetheart, extremly caring and pet lover. Other staff are also very pet friendly. They tret my baby as their own. And the most important, when ever i need help, that can be at let night also, swagata always there to help. Extremely recommended for you baby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely the best place to take your pets to, very reliable, extremely friendly and helpful. I took my fur ball for grooming and for consultation advice. They took care as if he is their own, very professional as well. Definitely know what they're doing , also not very overpriced. I stay in touch and always suggest and consult them for everything.

I will be the first to acknowledge that my fur baby is difficult to give a bath. She is high strung and trust very few people. But Frndz4Paws, true to their name, are good friends for your pawed baby. They are patient, well experienced and well trained to understand the dog's body language. And they truly care. Most importantly, everyone in the facility is so very courteous. A heartfelt thanks from the mom of a naughty but very clean doggy ? ?

My dog (10 months old) has had negative experiences at certain groomers' before, and HATES nail clippers. I was uncertain about visiting a new place but I gave it a shot. I was allowed a prompt appointment when I called. The grooming room is clean, people were waiting for me and had already been informed of my boy's aversion from clippers. They were patient; handled my dog with care, and I was allowed to be in the room throughout the process. It was cost-effective as well as efficient - I was in and out in 30 minutes or so.
I heartily recommend this place.
