Selling local accessories in the name of genuine accessories.
Be careful and check before delivery of the vehicle.
They were also trying to trick me into signing on a blank form.

FIRST IMPRESSION: Very Good
PROFESSIONALISM: People are really professional and the person I am going to talk about is Mr. Shivam. The youngest person in the team with a very sweet smile and good attitude. He is the person who convinced me to book my car and tried his best in all aspects to deliver my car before the proposed time. He used to send me the status of my car booking initially weekly later it was every day until the car was delivered to me. He only asked me to go for a test drive and arranged the automatic car to my venue for test drive. I wish Shivam a very good luck for his future and expect the same services to all his old or new customers.
CAR DELIVERY: It was really a great experience and I never thought of this type of gesture (delivery Ceremony) of the employees with music with photo and video shoot.
SHOWROOM CHECK IN PROTOCOL: They follow all the protocols of Covid 19 according to given checklists for precautions and safety adherence with respect to ensuring frequent sanitation of surfaces, and hygiene and social distancing in customer interaction areas. During delivery of the car was well sanitized before our inspection.
MANAGEMENT: Customer oriented. Unlike other showrooms they will never force you to buy the accessories along with the car and I really appreciate the management for this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The showroom in itself is great but I was a little stumped by sales person behaviour.
The staff was overall polite and made sure we were comfortable by asking for water and if we got space for our car to park. However the salesperson had a bit different attitude.
Even while taking a test drive of the vehicle, I curiously asked for features in the car to which his reply was - "Sir car mein aise toh kitne hi features hain, ab saare thodi aapko bataunga". Please explain to me what else you are there for if you can't even showcase the features of a car that the customer is taking for a test drive. To add to this, after the blunt behaviour, he asked for a google review to which I replied that I'll give a review later. He didn't budge and forced for a review then and there while standing over my head making sure I give 5 stars. Needless to say, I deleted the review right after coming out of the showroom and now I'm giving an actual review.
I would again mention this, the showroom and staff seemed genuinely nice and accomodating except of the sales person assigned to us because of which I'm giving this 2 star review.
And the reviews shouldn't be forced. These are supposed to guide new people and not misguide them. If the services you offer are good, people will automatically rate you for 5 stars.
P.S - The sales experience was one of the reasons I have now opted for Seltos over Creta.
Edit - I wasn't sure if this would reach the right people but I've had multiple calls from Hyundai folks and I really appreciate the effort they are putting to make things right. Kudos to the management for taking note of this and valuing a prospective customer. An extra star for the prompt action!

I booked my car in august and that time I got the expected delivery time 4 months but with the help and coordination by the sales person Niranjan, Poras And Sales Manager Anuj I got my delivery in just 2.5 months.
