Our Stores
As of now we have six stores across Delhi, Chandigarh, and London. We inaugurated our first flagship store at South Extension, New Delhi and our first international flagship store is in Southall London, UK.
Each store has been designed as a tribute to the crafts; and caters to the large Indian diaspora. Our store reflects the true romance of craftsmanship and emulates the pure joy of celebration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer experience.Do not buy bridal lehengas, they will delay it and will not complete the work on time and later once you receive the lehenga it would have lot of things missing.
Your starting experience would be good but once you receive the product , you will regret it.

They ask u to come 10 times take your measurements many times and yet wnt make the desired look. Once u pay them u r stuck cause they will deliver just before wedding, so u cannt get it done by outside tailor . Worst experience ever .I have purchased lehengas for all other function from other places , all were delivered in 20 days way better in fitting and way cheaper.
So pls dnt ruin your big day by booking your lehenga here .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely poor customer service. Extremely rude staff who just try to limit their folding work by showing you less options. Lack basic respect in the tone of speaking. Besides products having great designs at good price, bad customer service made my overall experience awfully disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is nice till the time you make the payment. Once the sale is made they have absolutely horrible customer service. I had to go there 3 times to get my lehenga and despite making it clear to the tailor on how to alter it they made no changes to it. They wasted weeks and finally I had to exchange it for a new lehenga. Then it took them 2 more tries to get that fitting right. They made me wait 4 hours for that too. The sales staff there is rude and tailors have no idea how to alter the clothes according to your fit. If you want to buy clothes from them make sure you buy something that does not require a lot of alteration. A lot of people have had similar experiences.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our wedding purchase experience in 2012 was excellent. In 2015, we had a poor experience with the owner himself. The staff was nice and handled the situation better.
In 2022 they ruined the gown for my sister! Trials and delivery were not on time. And finally the delivered product was faulty and resulted in poor experience on the event day.
Frontier Raas is a big no no for us now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible place to get clothes from! The initial experience is good, but none of the follow though was done. Looks like this was in line with a lot of other customer experiences where, as soon as the money is paid, the service is non-existent.
And I'm willing to bet that this will be the response :

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner and few staff members are great here. Their outfits with no doubt are gorgeous. However, if you are buying a bridal outfit, make sure you DO NOT end up with Shraddha as the point of contact. She is literally the worst, does not respond and lies about the progress of your outfit. I've also now heard from other people that they have had the same issue. Ask to work with someone else before you make your payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Shopping experience ever. This store is like one such offices where no one know what is happening. They are just working in their own world. They take money and never deliver on time. They spoiled my outfit even after several reminder and didn't even give the delivery on time. My outfit was not ready on the day of my function and they ruined that day for good. Never pay these people before you are given your delivery.
