The manager there is a guy named Mr. Soham. He probably has the worst customer service etiquette that I have seen.
I needed to get the condenser replaced for my AC. Frost maker sent some technicians who worked in an extremely unsafe manner.
They didn’t fix the protective net and rubber of the condenser and left. When I enquired about this, Mr. Soham said that there is no need for the condenser and rubber.
Later, when I held their payment for this, then they admitted that the net and rubber are actually needed.
Such horrible service from Godrej service center. Not expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely pathetic service and hot headed technicians, arguing about everything. Put AC in wrong position, compromised the outer unit fitting, ruined the AC, handled it poorly and made dents, poor finishing, AC is not fitted well on Walls. One of the worst AC servicing. Saved all work by forcefully fitting the AC on older AC fitting.
