★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great fruits and delivery. Rarely even if the fruits quality is not up to mark then they replace them or refund you. Customer care is amazing. I wouldn’t have gotten thru this lockdown without them. The fruits are excellent quality!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no quality check(over ripened fruits) and also the promised quantity is not sent. So request you all to please keep your eyes open and donot forget to check the items ordered. It's really sad that customers are ordering fruits at a price much higher than usual expecting a much better quality and when complained is raised, blame is put on people who do packing. Can't you do quality and quantity check before package is sent.and take the ownership. It's the delivery person who has to bear everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a daily treat box, but it was not delivered as mentioned. It was missing the pears. I contacted them a few times, but I have not received my pears or my refund. Happy with the other fruits, but I feel shortchanged after paying for everything. Better to shop from local angadi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the fruits supplied by Good roots were of high quality and packed very carefully. The
fruits supplied so far were all well acceptable,
very delicious and no issues with any of the fruit so far.
Even during odds which happens sometimes considering the shelf life of fruits, Good roots chose to rectify the problem at their expense as a way to stand behind their produce, which adds to the customer satisfaction.
We are a very happy customer and will definitely be ordering future products from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever! Fruits are horrible! Tasteless or rotten! You are better off buying from your local fruit market. Their customer service is a joke!! They do not bother about your emails or messages once they receive your money! I would advise Bangaloreans to stay away from this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I blindly went by the fabricated and manufactured High ratings reviews, . I ordered quite a bit of order hoping the product will be very good , I ordered gift box of fruits to my dear ones sadly I received quite a unpleasant reviews from them.. I also experienced the same. The fruits were quite damaged during transportation and logistics. The shelf life was not satisfactory. I tried to bring all these to the CEO of the firm. I am still waiting for satisfactory response and resolution to my issue. I only pray and wish my observations are not true, but unfortunately not.
I have politely and humbly tried to talk with CEO but I got indication that he is not interested.
