★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife purchased a flat from fs realty in 2013 sep.still we are waiting to complete of this project basically the common amenities of project like lift, swimming pool,jim and community hall ,mini theatre parking space numbering and other more such small loop hole which is seen in building.so we would like request to complete this all panding work of building for receiving good effect of this and other project.thank u

They give false commitments and wont fulfil their promisses.
They are unable to complete their projects and will tell you lots of false stories about their projects and make you buy their properties but non of their project is complete and having lots of issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst builders. We've stuck our money in one of its projects. The builder is not in a mood to complete the building. Although some families have shifted, but they regret their decision. I won't recommend anyone to invest their earnings in this hopeless builder.

His all the committments still not completed while the projects works running since 2013 and some families already shifted than also the work of amenities of building still not completed. This is my first and bad experience in which I stuck all my hard earning . So please don't go with this group they will make fool you .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most untrusted, unprofessional and cheater builder. We had made agreement to purchase new flat directly from this builder. The builder cheated and fooled us and made sale agreement of already sold flat to another buyer.We have to bear huge financial loss, time wastage and harrassment.
