★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered a hardness machine from this company over 10 years ago. We had a part break on the machine and are have been trying to get a replacement part for months now. They ignore every email and do not answer the phone. By far the absolute worst support I have ever experienced from any company. They are great at replying when a large purchase is on the line and will completely and totally ignore you if you need replacement parts or support.
edit: I was looking at the 5 star reviews and some are posted by people who work for this company. Buyer BEWARE.
