★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service for preclose loan account. We have to call on customer care and then again there team will us. They shows the marketing skill for not to close account and how are getting charges for closer account. In short they don't want to our account. After call they will give service ID and then we have to submit to their respective branches with chq leaves of closure amount . In this process they will ask you pan card copy or any documents self attested please keep it with you. And after 20 days, you will get NOC as they said

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not take loan from this company. They charge you each month unnecessary even if no emi bounce each also they won't message you or give notification prior to emi date. No postal documentation or statement prior to starting loan EMI. Highly unprofessional company better options are available in market. I will not recommend Fullerton loan service to any one they are froudster.

No postal documentation or statement prior to starting loan EMI. Highly unprofessional company better options are available in market. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely hopeless finance company, I have been requesting them for my loan payment statement.. from past 6 months .. dint receive it till date.. also the deduction of the emi amount is not uniform/linear.. fed up of such pathetic service. Also the employees make big promises of being prompt and helpfull at the time of processing, later they don't even bother to answer the calls..
