Nice place to engage your kid physically and mentally. They even took care of parents or person accompany children but providing sitting area and you can keep an eye on your Lil one.
Also you can order tea , coffee snacks and have good chit chat while kids enjoy playing.
Birthday party here is worth every penny.
You don't have to rush and keep eye on each one. Menu for party is satisfying.

Very child friendly. Totally away from screens- tv, mobile or gaming stations. Give your kid a good round of fun filled exercise chance.
Safe exercise stations. Easy to use. Bright, cheerful ambience. Two Thumbs Up.
Staff takes good care of kids. They have sitting area for parents. Food is nice..mostly kid friendly menu. Quality, size are good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Just a arrogant bunch of customer service. They welcomed as with a cold face. We called them before going there and asked if we can accompany people along with us other than parents and they said okay. We got ready with a 2 year old baby and reached there, they said they can’t allow other people. We said we already called and asked. Then they demanded - all of you have food from here - then we can allow. We said bye. We came out and then one guy came and said okay use for half an hour- we said not required. Impolite behaviour.
Added after their first reply: Since they replied immediately knowing their fault. Let me add to this. We called them and clearly said we are coming with 6 people and they first said no only two people are allowed. Then we requested can we have total of 6 people and they said okay. Imagine we are coming with a 2 year old if they said only 4 people, why we will take that pain to come there? And they asked as to have food there and we can allow. After calling us there they are upselling. We are coming from Dubai and we have seen bigger kids play areas than this, we just found this one near to us so we wanted to just try. Like mentioned in another comment they seems to be surviving because there is no much competition in the market. Anyway you wasted our evening.

Just ensure you call before going on weekends to check if there is no booking as a lot of birthday parties keep happening there. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday was my son's birthday and we booked a beautiful place called Fun Factory for the party and it turned out to be a memorable event.
The whole staff here was so caring for all the kids taking care of everyone wholeheartedly around 18 kids and 20 adults In which everyone from a one year old girl to an 11 year old child enjoyed a lot.
The quality of the food was also excellent and cleanliness was also being taken care of. I would like to thank the entire staff of Fun Factory for making my son's birthday memorable. I will definitely appreciate you my other friends and knowers.
