★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall Extremely Bad experience.
Place:
Very Small and congested place. Even with only few kids, it was looking like very crowded. Not much space for kids to actually roam around. There is no limit on number of kids per session set by the management. Even though the place is small, cleanliness is an issue as well.
Management:
Uncourteous staff. 'Lady' who is incharge is arrogant with an aura of 'i'll-have-the-last-say' attitude around her. Not ready to accept they made a mistake by collecting excess money from us. We had made UPI payment. When it came to returning the excess amount, at first she refused that they can't refund payment made through Online mode! Instead she would give pass for next visit. (After all their behaviour, we are least likely to visit the once again!) When we refused, she said she has to talk to higher management. That sounded all the more fishy. Finally when she was about to pay the money back, she continuously saying it was our mistake and not theirs. She was speaking with an air of putrid superiority which augurs her personality! Long story short, attitude of management was extremely poor. Probably the sole reason for poor rating.
"No place is bad, until the attitude of the person running it is humble". This was a classic example when it was bad.
Any self-respecting person would be highly offended at this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience at this kids zone, friendly staff, great helpers and a huge play area which includes trampoline park and zip lining as well, the only thing missing was less swings for kids to indulge in. They also had a tattoo artist who was excellent and was making such great tattoos for kids in no time. Overall a day well spent at Funky lil munchkins!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't like the behavior of the staff at the reception. They tactically indulge parents to things that they end up paying more than required. When I tried to enter the playing arena with my son, they said to charge me with extra 200 and additional for socks. When I told that I'll stay outside the arena but inside the building, she said to stay outside or buy socks and additional tickets.. I mean how rude or cunning is there way of looting people. Though I was already paying 600 for half n hour.
Thanks for the reply Lil Munchin.. But what I mentioned was the attitude and behaviour exhibited by your staff. I know that today you may have got a good footfall of children however with such attitude it is not going to resist with such attitude being reflected towards parents..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent play area for young children! It looks deceptively small from the entrance but once you're inside it's fairly big. There are rules that may come across as rigid to some but they are sensible and in place for the safety of your child. I've hosted my child's birthday party here and they did an absolutely fantastic job. I would recommend booking the place exclusively for your child's party.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to visit. I went there with my two little babies aged 5 and 2 years. Went for the first and I think the last time! First nobody was attending, after few min I asked if I can fill the form, the lady on the counter asked if I have a booking to which I said no, she blatantly told to go back as they don’t allow anybody without booking! And just before they allowed two of my child schoolmates in, who like us went without booking. Then as I was about to leave, she said ok only for this time I can allow you.. thankfully I was about to fill the form, I asked if it is safe for my two year old as well, immediately the girl at the door very rudely said that if you are scared , just leave the counter and stand at the back and then decide.. this was so embarrassed amongst so many people.. I wanted to leave but since it was a play date of my elder baby o paid and went it.. inside the staff is not all bothered for the kids.. I had to run at every place to give my kids the slide. They have no staff at higher areas where the child may get scared or even fall from slide. There are much better play areas in south Delhi to. Isomorphic very cordial and caring staff.. I would seriously recommend against going to this play area! Worst experience ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proper sanitisation and taken care by staff. Good play area. Birthday parties held nicely. It doesn’t impact the kids which are not part of the party. Entrance is good and valet parking facility is also there.
One point I would like to add that the top playing area which is not visible by parents is missing some staff. There should be someone to look after kids, where parents cannot go and watch.

It was the third time that I visited this place with my son and nephew and we always feel , we wish we had more time to spend here.
This time we attended a birthday party here.
Everything was on point !!
Food - 10/10
Yummy , fresh & hot !!
Menu - 10/10
From french fries, mini burgers , pasta to chole kulcha!!
Staff - 10/10
Staff at the reception area is very courteous .
Staff involved with kids at rides is agile and patient.
Staff involved with catering is so hospitable that you'll surely end up having more than you thought.
Area- 9/10
It is spread over two floors.
A small eating area is on ground floor but if you have more guests than first floor would be ideal.
Majority of the rides and play area is on ground floor.
A mini trampoline park is on the first floor.
Activities - 10/10
It provides various levels of activities for kids upto 8 years .
They sanitise the area at regular intervals as well.
Like all other play areas-
*Socks are mandatory for kids and parents. ( If you forget to carry then you can purchase from the reception itself)
* 3 hour party slots
Icing on the cake -
The entry of the birthday boy in a kids' cart. It looked really cute.
