★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading other reviews, it is clear that Furlenco has issues with thier billing system or has no intent to refund legitimate deposit.
In my case, Furlenco has not refunded me the deposit due to me. Only a partial deposit has been returned. There are more than 20 emails and 20 phone calls, each ending with an assurance of giving the refund, but no avail. It has now been 3 months of discussions. I believe the only option left is to drag this company to court !

to give them negative stars. Very unprofessional... They didn't deliver it on the promised date. And moreover sent a guy for location check without prior information. And kept on asking for documents in spite of already uploading it. Their website too doesn't contain all the details of the furniture. Not happy with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Renting stuff from Furlenco has been a painful experience. The furniture gets delivered in parts across a span of weeks and then installation guys come even later. When they come they make break the furniture they are installing or may hurt your walls/ lamp shades.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a bad company. Very poor communication and response time. The products may be good but you will die of frustration when you have to co-ordinate furniture delivery and pickup. Truely horrible experience. Hope I never have to do this again. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst service provider I have come across. Their team is dealing our request for 2 weeks now, a service for which we paid in advance, blocked for 1 year which they said will be best service.
After confirming request ground team is no where to be found, no calls, no coordination.
It's pehtetic.
Worst service provider, no regard for customer constraints and no value of their own commitments.
