★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took double the time. Took 20 follow-ups to get a simple table, and no product finish. Staff is polite initially but once you pay the advance they hardly bother. Really stressful experience.

Cost was very high and quality was worst. Sofa Fabric color changed & lost actual look of it.
if you want to waste your money go at this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are lots of quality issues in the furniture given by them. After sales service is very poor. After the money is paid you can just follow up without proper response from their side. Sales person simply gives pathetic and illogical answers and explanations. Either way the customers suffer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experience. They count only money. Service are very poor. Even they won't pickup the phone. The measurements are not as per taking at the time of booking. Behavior of salesman before sale is very good and after sale...... I have no word to explain. Suggested no one to buy from here. I bought a sofa from here and I think that money has gone. I wish to give negative review but there is no option....
Warning all of you not to buy from here.

The bed is very beautiful, durable & strong, the representative of the shop “Mr. Somnath Magar” helped me a lot, he is a very cooperative person..& by understanding my need, he made me this bed in the stipulated time.
My overall experience with Furniture City has been great..!❤️??
