Till owner gets order will talk sweetly, then after that he will be rude.
They will make any false claim, bluff.
Even they don't have the material, will assure to deliver it in evening.
Two times I got the same experience. They will say pay now, furniture will be delivered at evening due to heavy load. Then you have call him daily. गाडी आई नहीं, गोडाऊन मे माल नहीं है, आज आयेगा, पक्का आयेगा, मै कहा भाग रहा हु. पैसा भाग नाहीं जायगा। they will tell all these bluffs for a week or long. They will get money from you, after that order the furniture and then deliver to you.Or he will insist you to take delivery of similar goods ,which you don't want.
If you are purchasing from him
Don't give full advance,
Fix the delivery date and time ,
Insist him to give delivery on the spot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is bad. After sales service is really bad. The sales person is a liar, no warranty, wrong information is given, the furniture quality was very poor. Owner is never present so these salesperson quote very different prices. Dont buy anything from here. Had a give 1 star but does not deserve this

2. However, they gave us a refurbished bed instead of a new one. The rust on the frame is visible clearly.
3. Side support legs are misaligned in height.
4. I won't trust them in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a double bed in teak wood and a side table. Was promised delievery in a week. The delievery was delayed by over a month the owner is a liar and master of rebuttals.the product was only plywood and no teak was there. The quality is also sub standard. Not at all to be trusted . After sales service is zero. The side table has not been delivered even after a 1.5 month. A big NO for purchase from this shop.
