★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased most expensive furniture from them and within two days we notice that there was manufaturinma defect and for last one month we have been struggling to fix the issue. They very unprofessional in after sale service..I had very bad experience with Patna furniture mall.they do not provide after sale service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad after sales service. The fitter (as they say it) was rude and arrogant. They came to deliver the furniture after 2days at 5 pm and that too after several calls and reminders. Screws and bolts were missing from the boxes and they just set the furniture with whatever they had at that time. The contact no given on the envelope/bill was invalid and not in existence. We had to go to the shop again to check whether they really are there or not. After a purchase of furniture worth 1 lakh this was the service they gave us.
