★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liked a sofa but the dimensions and color were not as per my requirements. Rahul was super quick and happy to give me another sofa furnished within 4-5 days. As promised by his team, i got a new sofa of my choice of fabric, dimensions and design within 4 days that too delivered safely. Loved my overall experience. We met 3 times before finalizing the actual product and they gave me ample options to choose from.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service and attitude towards customer. They charge for repairing even the quality issues and defective items after selling products to you claiming that they provide 1 year warranty. When confronted about selling defective item to me, their response was “you should have checked before buying”. Severe lack of professionalism. I had purchased a chair from them in Aug 2020, now they claim that it has already been more than 1 year and now you are remembering these issues. Also, they are misusing the “Vocal for Local” campaign as all their goods are imported from and manufactured in China (Beijing).
It has not been even 1 year and chair sold to me has been found defective and having many issues such as bent backrest, faulty lumbar support, torn net. During these tough times and heavy usage of work from home furniture, they are taking advantage of people’s needs and filling their pockets.
Will never recommend anyone to do business with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a wonderful experience while buying a furniture from here sofa cum bed exactly. Rahul has advised me spending money wisely. However buying any furniture with a static budget can be an individual call. But it always really helpful when someone advised to buy furniture with quality wood which obiviously increases the furniture life. There were other options in the market with lesser prices but many of them with lower grade wood. I find this workshop very good qualith furniture with the team that can assist you well to understand your requirements and to deliver right product at your doorstep. I am hopeful to buy new furniture in future as well.
