★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had good experience with furniture. We got TV unit, shoe rack and coffee table in first order. We were please with the work especially TV unit, it is exactly as we had asked. Great thanks to Riyaaz and Amaan, very polite and humble guys and would answer every questions, gave good suggestions and provided honest feedback on order status.
Edit: After couple of months the coffee table started showing cracks. In the shoe rack they made 3 racks inspite original design had 4. Despite following up for correction for months no service provided. Word of advise, make sure check your furnitures before making final payment. Reducing rating to 3 stars for poor post delivery service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad and horrible experience. Very polite on first interaction . But later on got furniture after 2.6 month inspite of promising delivery with in 25 days. Quality wise not very good. Only average. U will keep on waiting and waiting for delivery. Not recommended at all.

He was very helpful and gave multiple options on which one is best for our place.Amit helped us in showing and finalising our requirements.He explained us everything about material and design.Quality of furniture is good.Thank you Amit and his team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great deal of bedroom set and dining, I purchased 2 bedroom set and 6 seater dining from Faisal and he explained me everything about material and design. They were very particular about there payment terms and delivery date he committed me 25-30 days and gave me a delivery on 22nd day. Liked the funiture and design. I recommend them to everyone now.

I met with Riyaz and amaan who helped me in showing and finalising my requirements, they upfront gave me timeline for 25 days however delivered before the time and the same product as we saw, there was a few scratches during transit but they are making sure to polish and repair the scratches those are really not a big deal.
I am personally happy and this my real and genuine feedback.
They are trying there level best to serve us, it is our responsibility to respect them equally.

Amaan was our Sales person, he was responsible and gave us options on how to go about and design the bed and wardrobe. It's been 2 months since the installation, we haven't faced any issue with products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a extremely bad (read HORRIBLE) experience with Furniture point. They will never deliver your furniture. Not even after 3 months. They are very polite to talk to, only until you pay money. And once you pay they will make you call 100s of times. Out of which 99% of time they will not answer. And if they answer they will have 100s of execuses for not making your furniture ready. And after months of delay and several visits to the shop, when they deliver 1 out of 3 items, it will have lot of finishing issues. There will be cuts, stains and scratches here and there. The furniture will not look new even on the 1st day.If you really want to buy furniture go to any store BUT NOT TO FURNITURE POINT. Never!!!
I feel the positive reviews are completely fake as Furniture point can NEVER deliver a well finished furniture item. And on time is not in their dictionary.
