I have ordered earlier but the service has deteriorated and not expected
My kids party was ruined in terms of shoddy balloon job . Hugely disappointing.
Not on time, not keen to help and rude behaviour from the main person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my son's birthday, he wanted a star war balloon i called up this shop and they told me that the ballon would be for 500 including gas (screenshot of the what's app chat attached.. so on the day of my son's birthday my husband went to the shop which is very far from our house specially to collect it and then they told him it is for Rs 1000/- .. now that we couldn't go anywhere at the last minute we had to buy even after showing them the chat conversation they charged 1000/-.. such a liers they are.. Please avoid buying anything from these people and better go for wanna party.
P.S. - look at the response of the owner! Thats how they talk to a lady.. and do try the number I have attached in the screenshot.. can the chat be false? I hope instead of writting such things (which they can't prove but I have the proof -via screenshot..) they should work on their customer deals . Have gone through so many bad reviews for them today ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am somehow unable to post a review from my earlier ID so using my husbands ID. Those quoting us liars, PFA the screenshot of the price quoted to us (Rs 500/-) on whatsapp. We have lost the bill (tried really hard to find it hence the delay in review). @ Fusion Ballons - Plz post "Star War/ Darth Vader Balloon" bill dated 6th January 2022 mentioning the amount and prove us wrong. I am sure not many must have bought this same balloon on that same day so finding the bill wont be hard for you (provided u really want to find it). So guys, earlier i had just one word for them- CHEATERS. Now, LIARS is added too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are cheaters.. and most of all don't know how to talk to a customer.. they had promised us (the old uncle sitting in the shop) that we can get the gas filled again complimentary as the balloon we bought was expensive.. I went today to get it refilled they denied it completely.. what a bunch of liers they are.. hope they learn to deal/talk to a client.. please completely avoid this place..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. I’ve ordered from them every year since over 7 years & the products have been very good with a responsive team. This time I chose to get a balloon photobooth done at home going by a very nice previous experience… however I was terribly terribly disappointed. The guys came in 7 hours late to collect the photobooth stand (promised 10:30/11am and came in at 5pm) and MOST IMPORTANTLY, left an absolute mess on my terrace when they came in to collect the stand. I’m at a loss of words - why could they not have used a perfectly usable dustbin left right there?
Attaching pictures so management can speak to the people responsible. I’m an old customer and this is certainly not what I expected
