#Company says that this is rera approved project , yes this is right but only twelve plots are Rera approved which has sold out , but they do an agreement for the development of other plots , so be careful and check before purchase .
# Development work like gate , shop , road is quite good over there with respect to other developers .
# good returns can be earned in 10 to 20 years but in short time nothing is available over there to build home and live .
