★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company ever encountered, FutureNet's technician are pathetic and it will be incorrect to call them a technician as they don't have any knowledge about internet. Today is the 7th day that my internet is down and they have not fixed it. I would advise people reading my post dont ever go with this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a mediocre service. with two connected devices the speed of 2g does not work, I have had 7 days intermittently without internet in the month and they still charge, that is a quarter of the payment for a service that has not been given. charge money for something that has not been sold, what's that called?

If you want indifferent customer service executive to attend, "Future" net is for you.
If you want to see so-called techies, who hides their incompetence by saying router is not working (when it was purchased few hours back), "Future" net is for you.
If you really sick and tired of life, "Future" net is for you.
(Could not post this review without giving atleast one star, which they don't deserve)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the worst service. I have bought package of 60 mbps but my speed is coming as 9 mbps. I have called them 10-15 times for 7 days,still they are not resolving my problem. I bought it because my apartment ground floor operator is giving me service from this,so I thought service quality will be better. Also they cut internet so many times. I will never recommend this to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. I've been tolerating it for years and planning to shift for dish. Worthless service provider. Moreover their behaviour is the worst in the world. They can insult you very well. They behave like they are providing service free of cost. I would suggest not to go with this company.
