★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 star wouldn’t be honest and 3 star is little more. I would rate 2.5 star.
Pros:
Providing service in city like darbhanga.
you can literally see them all day on scooty to fix some issue.
Fast installation.in 2-4 hours your internet will be active providing you call them till 11 AM else they stretch it to other day.
upload/download speed is great (40/50 mbps for me)
They really are trying their best for uninterrupted service.
Cons:
They charge GST, but gst number not mentioned on bill, i couldn’t claim internet bill from infosys, not sure about other companies. Actually i believe they dont have a gst number and so they should not take from customers.
Ping is pathetic, so even with high download/upload it is sufficient to attend meetings but not sufficient for your voice to reach other participants.
If you are in the whatsapp group you will find this relatable, every now and then they report issue(internet is down), seriously itna issue ata hai wifi me, my first such experience.
Conclusion: I dont know how everyone is giving 5 stars, little surprising for me, but my review is not baised its all based on my experience. Futurenet should surely be promoted with warm words so that they keep on striving for best. currently I dont have experience about other service providers in dbg so cant claim if this is the best.
