After messing up also, they wont even apologise and insist on making excuses insisting that there is no issue!! Looks like they picked up village yokels as employees and did not train them in professionalism at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday morning, I had requested to convert CAD to INR at the rate of 55.5111. Since my relative is NRI, we confirmed that instead of PAN they can use their OCI as one of the document.
At around 1530 Hrs, the executive from "Centrum Direct Limited" visited my home (as we had paid Rs. 100 delivery charge) and mentioned that he brought a cheque (instead of cash). Since the girl who handled our request was new, they "thought" we could accept cheque.
We talked about cancelling the transaction when this "experienced" executive called Bhaskar (not from the mvoie Partner) and confirmed that we can go to their D P Road office and pick up cash.
Scene 2:
We reach D P road office of Centrum Direct and as expected, struggled to find car parking (all this when we have paid Rs. 100 for delivery charge). Bhaskar Ji came to meet us with his specs on and mentioned "at the moment he can give us Rs. 5000" as by the time we reached office, two customers came in and took lot of cash.
As expected with unethical people, they first check your reaction before making a move. So once he analyzed our reaction, he mentioned that he can "arrange" it from Deccan office and we need to wait.
The wait begins.
In the meantime, my brother calls and informed that the *kind* "Centrum Direct Limited" can get cash for us from Hinjewadi office but rate would be Rs. 55 (instead of Rs. 55.5111 with which we had initiated the transaction). I refused.
Now, Bhaskar Ji again makes an entry to share that "ladka paise leke as gaya hai per rate will be Rs. 55". Then he blahblah'ed about some Bhaskar'ish logic as we by that time understood that they just don't want us to give us the original rate. Even his "dadhi wale baba a.k.a boss" also asked "rate sangitla na tyanla". Since, our day was almost wasted we collected the cash at the rate of Rs. 55 and came out without thanking anyone.
Fxkart must check their partnership with vendors like "Centrum Direct Limited" as they are trying to act too smart. If they want I can share the info about what we had transacted in the the morning, and what we got in the evening. Very bad experience.
