★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has all the facilities including gym library. But the maintenance and management is not very good. But it is one of the best and safe option to live in the area. Because for around 5kms, you will not find better place than this at least for now till 2k17

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's very congested colony... Very small 2 BHK flat.. I visited it and I asked to one broker that show me where will I keep freeze? He couldn't even show and he accepted that it's builder's mistake.. it's rent is 12500 per month (unfurnished) and 1000 maintenance.. so I think for area like khokhra it's too much.. even in Maninagar main area we can get furnished flat at same price..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably one of the luxurious and calmest residency available in the area like Khokhra, where mostly you can find lots and lots of traffic and crowd and noise as well.
Visited to my relatives who recently bought a flat and started living there and trust me it has one of the finest enemities availble.
You can see the view from your window which is available for almost everyone, so basically it has sun facing view.
It is divided into two wings, Parishkaar I and Parishkaar II, two different Wings constructed by Safal builders. And there are arranged alphabetically in each Parishkaar e.g. A, B, C and so on..
The entrance has a big door, then you need to walk upto 3 minutes (15 seconds by drive) to reach the main entrace of Parishkaar, it has Parishkaar Logo embossed on the second entrace door which is pretty cool and looks luxurious (from my point of view)
Parishkaar building has 12 storeys, each equipped with lift (escalator) and ladder for emergency. People most probably uses lift.
Water and electricity is available 24x7.
Parishkaar has built in swimming pool, Basketball court, small garden to have gossip with your loved ones specially in night, people love to hangout there. Nearby it has College of Management, Research and Technology, No need to go far for schooling.
In the beginnning, there are shops for almost everything to buy for your daily needs, so you wont have to go far to buy stuffs like milk, bevarages, eatings etc..
Also Osia mall is there close to Parishkaar which i guess probably have almost everything you can buy.
It has fully equipped with parking space, so no need to worry about parking because everybody gets there spot at the time of allotment.
It is 2 BHK flat, you know 2 rooms (bigger enough), 2 bathroom (one for each room) 1 common room (hall) and kitchen attached to hall and one more small open bathroom attached to kitchen.
Overall, Parishkaar is a really good place to live on with all of this amenities and availibities of daily needs and i'm kinda dreaming to live there in future (Hope so). :-)
