★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have given 5 star for approx. 1 year but my views changed. Inhuman behavior while leaving the PG & they don't like if you tell them to improve the food quality. Refunding the security amount of 1500/- out of 5000/- I have given. They will tell you the unconditional rules & are truly not kind enough to be helpful to a person who spend 1 year in their PG.

Owner not picking up or answering calls.
No Documentation.
Room changed every 2 month.
Rent increased every 2 month with (non reasonable charges).
Security amount is not refundable at any cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst PG I have ever resided. Food quality is not good, only pomp and show like bilyard, snooker in the photos. At the time of check in they never tell the hidden and irrelevant charges. There are three types of electric meters one is connected with room supply, second is associated to power back-up (inverter) and third one for the geasure. The bill will be charged from tenant on the basis of all three meters. They never refund your security as per the norms. They deduct the security deposit by irrelevant (redundant or fake) charges or bill like electric meter for room, electric meter for inverter and electric meter for geasure. I deposited ₹4000 as a security and they refund only ₹300. The reviews with 5 star ratings given by deepak, Mukesh and lots of people , they all are care takers in that PG. So please do not confuse from these reviews. The reviews given by me, Tapesh and Anwar are the real reviews. I just want to aware you guys, Please stay away from these bluffmasters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Experience to stay in this PG. Lots of irrelevant or redundant or fake charges. In double sharing or triple sharing rooms if anyone is single i.e. no room mate then all the electricity bill will be charged from a single guy. There are lots of irrelevant things to charge from the tenant. At the time of check out or leaving the PG your security will not be refunded. They will deduct the security in different fake charges. I want to ask you guys, In which PG separate charge for power back-up is collected. Here lots of hidden charges. They never tell at the time of check in. The man who run this PG wants to loot you. Please careful before check in.
