I have submitted my product to them on march 11 .
First of all they didn't provide my any proof of submitting my power bank to them.
Then when i called them and come to them daily. They just say me same thing.
Sir it will take some time. And they opened my power bank and tell me that the battery is faulty. .
And when i came back to them that my product is in warranty. I will not be paying any charges. So they tell me about battery price i.e 200 per cell. And as my power bank p1122 is having 5 cell battery so it will be costing me rs 1000 . Very stupid thing it is. As i have purchased it of rs 800.
And then when i called customer care again i am getting to know that whole battery costing is rs 435 only.. I dont know why they lied to me. Such big thing. I dont trust them now.. They took like 28 days to just going round and round and they are not even telling me my ticket id or something else. My product is now received to ambrane main service center of new delhi i.e in wazirpur.
The lady named Nitu Rawat told me that they haven't received my invoice. After 28 days. They are saying. That. And also saying that it may took a week to get it repaired properly.
This is the worst service center. I have ever faced in my life.
