They executives dont know how to greet and welcome a person. No hospitaly and poor service. The salespersons entertain each other neglecting the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make a hole in your pocket by so called unnecessary replacements, do not repair which have been asked for ( which is palpable) but repair what has not asked for . I doubt whether internal parts have been changed for which billed or external charges such as boring on lathe done. Mobike performance became worse after servicing with 7,000/-.I advice others to avoid this place. No infrastructure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a Hero Maestro from Gagan Bike 3 months ago. The staff who was supposed to deliver the bike to our house got it in a damaged condition. The left side of the bike was full of scratches. When we lodged a complaint, we received very poor service from the employees, they were not ready to replace the damaged parts. After months of discussions, they finally denied any service or replacement. Its a similiar case where seller abandons the customer after the product is sold. This is unprofessional behaviour and the same is not expected. Highly disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good place for your bike servicing atleast. Servicing quality is too bad . They take 300 rupees for servicing and does nothing . They even don’t put Greece or oil at brakes while servicing . Even if you ask them to do some thing , they will argue that it is fine and they don’t need to do anything . You can wash better than them at your home .better to do servicing outside . I had done servicing at other hero showrooms which were 1000 times better than this . Not recommended at all .
