Hr in this company is worst she takes first round and ask to sit outside and calls in the reception and ask receptionist to ask to leave us so don't waste it's a fake company running from fake hr and clients useless company ever seen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I first got hired at Gaia in 2007, I had several jobs at various companies before just trying to find something that would stick. Gaia was the first company that I felt had the support systems in place, like training, process and product documentation for my role, and other mechanisms in place so help nurture my development.
As others have mentioned. The culture did change over the 2 years when I was with Gaia, as things normally do once the buzz has worn down. The office scaled up quickly, and the culture did not scale with it. However, I do feel it was growing pains of the office/company as its methods in achieving business success were being adjusted to adapt to market opportunities. I do not believe it is because the company was beginning to sour.
I had 3 different roles (3 promotions) during my 10 years with Gaia. I was always encouraged by management to develop in ways that were catered to my style. if I kept up with my core responsibilities. I have gotten to work closely with so many great and talented people all around the world in various business functions and have been in contact with a handful of offices worldwide. It astonished me how the Gaia gets a stable process which goes on for years and the other hand there are few small projects which will only last for 5 to 10 months. I haven’t seen any employees were thrown out because the project was finished and in my 10 years of career I haven’t seen a month where the salary was delayed due to some technical issue.
Sometimes and experiences were not ideal, but looking at the core needs that I had (proper training, inclusive atmosphere, collaborative environment, career development) for my career, Gaia ticked the boxes.
Gaia was a special place to work and be and it is an experience I will always be appreciative for. I can say so much, but do not want to leave a novel.
Bottom line, If you are looking for a company with a good mission, the opportunity for career and personal development. Then Gaia might be where you want to apply.

Mature company with many supporting teams (Training, Communication, It, Business Operations, etc.), Beautiful Office Space(s), Work/Life Balance, Collaboration
Cons
Limited cab services and not that much of morning process.
