DIRTY, Dark & Stinking lifts with spit marks everywhere.
Cycles parked near lift doors.
Surrounding area too is dirty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to locate and sufficiently big apartments make it a pleasant stay in space crunched Mumbai.. Just use the area well and it will feel spacious. However it lacks a garden kind of stuff but you don't expect that in Bombay anyway!!
