★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non trustworthy shop. They take complete amount at condition to courier the dress at home and doesn't care to courier the same from their end. Now they are saying dress came at shop on 7th April but is still non couriered.
What the hell was shop doing with customer's dress for so long..?? Were they using for showing to different customers..?? Since now function is already over for marriage, what the hell will we do of dress now..??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless people. While selling, they agree to courier the dresses at home and even after dress being ready at their shop, they don't care to courier it at customer's home.
Already marriage function for which the mentioned dress was selected is over and now what will we do of that dress.
Even the lady is denying to cancel it now. What were they doing of customer's dress at their shop for more than 10 days as they doesn't care to get the same couriered

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Given a star because it is necessary otherwise this shop is not like to get a single star. Very unprofessional. Bought a dress in March and now I have function at my home in a week then also it is not ready. Given trial many times but not giving proper fitting yet. It is still under process. They said they will deliver after completion but no call. All time we call take status of dress. All payment done in advance. Hopeless service in only shop of Surat.
