I took vehicle delivery on 9 April 2021 in lockdown I kept my vehicle for 1 week still ,work not done properly I told them just let me know if need to replace anything As I am ready to replace but I don’t understand why you guys taking customer and there vehicle lightly , I gave them my vehicle for engine work , They replaced block and piston I ask them is there anything else to replace in engine, They answer me we didn’t check. We only replace block and piston 1-engine oil is leaking from engine left side from the day I took vehicle delivery, 2-some noise coming from front side when going to bumpy road or pot hope after taking delivery, They said they had done vehicle servicing and also charged for it But when I check air filter -it is so dusty (don’t they think they shall let me know and replace it, 3-also front brake oil pressure not check we need to remove access brake oil as caliber is jam and brake disk making noise, 4-They also not replaced brake shoe ,not even ask me , and at time of delivery when I said why you had not replace ,they answered me there supervisor didn’t mention it on job card so they only did brake setting but my brake shoe is already worn out too much if they are doing service then they should do it properly , 5-They charged me for chain lubricant but when I saw my vehicle my motorcycle chain lubrication was not even done, so funny na (they just want to make money and fool customers) When I said about it ,then advisor said sorry sir I will do it now , But what if I paid and took delivery How many people they must be fooling there . I was working in this dealer few year back still they don’t give properly service to me,then imagine what they must be doning with other customers , I am trying to reach out with service centre but due to lockdown unable to do anything,I tried to call Nikam sir who is supervisor they but he didn’t respond I also visit service centre but it is closed due to lockdown that’s why writing this here , Is it my mistake that I was trusting this dealer and came from Pune to satara for my motorcycle repair work assuming they are trained and professional and also like family but fooled me . I want my motorcycle in good condition,don’t want that oil leakage as it was not there also other stuff they which haven’t done properly , I am trying to reach owner shelke sir for this but due to lockdown I am not able to anything , But still I will raise this to suzuki itself

Third class service, sales executive don't know how to talk with people. They take more than 30 mins to provide quotation and don't know what charges they are mentioning in quotation. Hopeless staff.

About a month ago my access was given to the service center as the brakes were not working.They set the brakes and handed over my vehicle.But my break problem was not solved.The brakes were stuck.I took my vehicle back to the service center.And told them that the brakes were not working properly.They changed the liner of my vehicle and took possession of the vehicle.But while driving, the brakes got stuck and noise was coming from the rear wheel.I called the service center and told them that the brakes were still not working properly.They asked me to bring my vehicle to the service center.I took my vehicle back to Gajanan Service Center.He told me that the drums had fallen off and that we had no drums left.We will call you when the drum is available.You use the vehicle without hesitation. Nothing happens, he told me.But while driving, the rear wheel suddenly got locked. I had an accident and survived.I took the vehicle back to Gajanan Service Center and told what had happened.They told me there was no drum left and adjusted the brakes and handed over the vehicle.Nothing happens.You use the vehicle without hesitation, he said.And handed over the vehicle to me.But the sound in the rear wheel of the vehicle did not stop.While driving, the rear wheel part broke inside and there was a lot of noise.I took the vehicle and went back to Gajanan Service Center.They asked me to keep my vehicle at the service center for two days.He called two days later and said that nothing had happened to the drum.The gear box was damaged.The gear box is repaired.It has cost Rs 4010.Pay and take possession of the vehicle, he said.For a month, the manager was told that there was a problem with the drums.And finally said, the drum is good.There is a problem with the gear box.It took a month for the workers here to find the vehicle problem.I had an accident due to a service center error.Luckily I didn't get hurt.In the end I will say one thing, Gajanan gives very bad service to the service center. The workers are very lazy.I will tell everyone that no one should take Suzuki Access 125 vehicle.Because their service is not very good.
