★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reason behind 1 star is nobody is at the reception counter when we reached the service station. The workshop opens at 9:30am but the staff comes after 10:15 am. No entertainment stuff for the customers who came for servicing. And the worst part is the "Manager" of this service centre doesn't even care to attend the waiting customer in place of their missing staff. They didn't even bother to offer Tea. When they crave for some refreshment only then we get something to drink. Me and my father spent 8 hours there and nobody offered us a glass of water at the least. Worst experience ever. I didn't expect it from Hyundai.
