★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The phone pe was not worked and I was kept standing at the counter the Manager told me the items n when the money was credited to D Mart account he will call n take the items. I left the D Mart leaving the items purchased even though paying the money through Phone Pe. My Phone Pe showing debited from my SBI account, D Mart authorities saying they have not received the money. After half an hour the Manager called me to take the items n came from my house n took the items.
IT IS MY SUGGESTION THE THE IMPROVE THE CAPACITY OF THE SERVER AS MANY NUMBER OF CUSTOMERS ARE USING UPI OR SWIPING THE DEBIT/ CREDIT CARDS. IT IS REQUESTED TO CHANGE THE SERVER WITH HIGHER CAPACITY NOT TO INCONVENIENCE TO THE CUSTOMERS AT THE PEAK TIME.
