★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a nice experience to deal with Toyota's Galaxy Automobile showroom (Sector 20) staff Dwarka everyone was very cordial, helpful and more than it guiding according to your choice. Delivered my car at the earliest on committed time I want to mention Mr Sandeep Saini particularly, he is an active, honest, intelligent, committed and dedicated salesman, the best for customer satisfaction.
Apart from the showroom's hospitality I wanted to be a part of Toyota family. I bought a Toyota Yaris car. It is a C-segment car with powerful engine of 1500 CC and good mileage. I opted for automatic one as it is time to take advantage of technological development for the ease of driving experience. All in all I am satisfied with the staff and my car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a second hand Innova from Galaxy Automobiles Delhi under U-Trust on 28/08/2021. They assured me best quality, exhibiting U-Trust terms and conditions. I made payment based on the assurance given in the name of "Toyota Quality". They assured me 203 point comprehensive vehicle check before purchase, sell only non-accidental car, no replacement, and much more.
After making advance payment they wrote an "Order Booking Form" where they subsequently added "As is where basis". I took delivery on 30/08/2021 and set out on a drive from Delhi to Kozhikode.
On the way I understood that between purchase of the Innova on 28/08/2021and delivery on 30/08/2021, few parts have been replaced. The parts noted are:
1. The Glove Box - with a broken lid unit.
2. The assembly carrying cigarette lighter and USB unit - The replaced assembly has a different tone and is not working. On inspection at the Toyota Service Center at Calicut, I am told that the Assembly is not of this Innova and is not connected from inside. Neither can it be connected as the connectors are mismatch. The assembly is damaged from inside. Which implies that the original Assembly was removed in haste and another damaged assembly pushed in without connecting and leaving the cables hanging inside.
I contacted the Executive Director, but was disappointed
