★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, recently I invested in the Project Galaxy Blue Sapphire which is located in Gaur Chowk, Noida Extension the project is being constructed at a very faster pace and i am also getting assured returns by the builder which I was promised for and it is wrathful to invest in commercials.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi Fellows, This is worst builder i have ever seen. Name it a CHOR if you like. They promised Loan on the shops and now no bank is giving loan. I am trying to re-sale the shop, CRM/Sales team has been given instructions not to let any shop get re-sold. All in all builders strategy is to harass buyers and force them to surrender the shop. They are deducting 10% of whole amount which is a HUGE amount and not on the money given as advance. I am ruined. Please AVOID investing with them based on their false promises
