★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience. No care for customer concerns, no attention to details and work quality very poor. Multiple follow ups required and still no proper updates. Laptop was repaired/tested and confirmed to be working fine and every time it was collected, a major issue was found open like keypad not working, touchscreen not working etc. Worst part is to get all the weird responses like other pieces are working, how would anyone know that it’s a touch screen machine or the issues are still there. To top it all, estimates would go on increasing with every iteration and at the end, you got to collect it with issues open as certain things could not be fixed. Good luck if you are planning to visit this place.

Not only did they made laptop available by importing the specific model, but also gave it at the lowest price possible including accessories (bag). The owner and employees are very friendly and coped up with my excitement and made sure to add important daily usage softwares without charging prices. It was overall a great experience buying laptop from here. This place is a 'must go' in my opinion.
