★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On special request i talked with lady representative ( Meenu chauhan) of the company who is an employee there initially she accepted the order after the advance payment i made . Firstly she charged me too much but i couldn't deny as it was really urgent but the delivery was not even given on the time committed my colleague had to wait there for 3 hrs approx then the order got ready . However when payment was suppose to be made she made 30 calls to me for the same . Now after the delivery its been 3 days im constantly calling the lady for some changes that too again on paid basis but she is giving excuses not responding and deliberately not picking up the call . They are highly highly un professionals im too much disappointed with the work . Again customer handling is one major point they lack on . Language again is another . I would request the owner to please call me back and address the issue for the same . For 2 tshirts if they are taking 5 days time i was suppose to give them an order for 30k pcs . What will happen to that i wonder .
Extremely unhappy with their customer service . Non recommended
