★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a 15 storied tower consisting of four wings in two separate housing societies; A&B and C&D with few shops on the Link Road & the side road. The main commercial landmark is the ICICI Bank operating in the ground floor of the B wing.
The upcoming 'Goregaon-Pahadi' metro station is right in front of this tower which shall be the most important landmark of this property. All the life's needs are available within a radius of one kilometer.

-Perfect location. Geting autorickshaw is very easy. Sharing auto to Goregaon station is also available.
-Stone throw distance from upcoming bangur nagar metro station.
-Market is near. you can have every household stuff within walking distance.
-security is good.
-Maintenance amount is conservative.
Cons:
-parking space is not adequate.
