★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honest Review for this RO service! I have Kent Grand plus RO and recently faced issues with membranes and filters. Instead of normal Kent service, I thought let's check these local service shops. They sent a technician, and he replaced membranes and all the required filters. As per them, they provide a 30-day free service in case of any problem or leakage. I have been using this RO for the past 3 years and had no issues with the functionality of the machine whatsoever. After a week, the taste of water changed, and we literally had to vomit because of that. Also, there was a leakage from RO. I called the service center, they sent the same technician after 2 days and trust me, this technician came to my house continuously for the next 1 week to fix the same issue. He had no idea about where this leakage was coming from. Such unprofessional techs they have got. When I discussed the same with their owner, he simply denied that water TDS couldn't be more than 300. When their technician checked, it was showing 1600. After 5 follow ups, they still can't fix my RO and start disconnecting my calls and escaping from the work.
Because of my work schedule, it was getting difficult for me to follow up with them on a daily basis and discussing trash again and again because these people will never take responsibility. So I contacted Kent Service Center, and trust me guys, they fixed it, and its all working good again! With no leakage and no deflection in the Tds...
I recommend you guys. If you have an expensive machine, please don't trust these idiots; they dont understand what exactly they are doing.
They are not specialst; they are simply a technician who know how to replace filters but don't understand the exact technicalities of water purification.
If Kent service or any other company service is expensive, its way better to go for urban company as they take responsibility for any issues after the service.
