About Galaxy Travels
Below policy will be applicable in case of cancellation, rescheduling or modification of package request given by client once confirmed booking with us.
* Airlines tickets once issued are Non Refundable.
* Advance token amount given for booking of land package will be forfieted.
* If cancellation is made 45 days prior to departure, 20% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
* If cancellation is made 30 days prior to departure, 40% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
* If cancellation is made 30 to 14 days prior to departure, 70% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
* If cancellation is made 14 to 05 days prior to departure, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
* In case passenger is No Show at the time of Departure, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a memorable experience to Bali..Thanks to Mr. Roshan for all the arrangements, efforts, coordination and guidance.Travel guide and driver Mr. Murrah was very friendly and guided us perfectly.. I wish Bali swing was included in our package and also we could not have a perfect candle light dinner on the beach as it was raining..Also we couldn't see volcano site due to heavy cloud and rain. Despite of this we enjoyed a lot. Will definitely plan another trip with you.

Everything was great right from the bookings, day to day plan, hotel selections, etc but the stand out ones are candle light dinner specially arranged for us at beach site was extremely beautiful and romantic as well as nusa penida island tour was amazing. Special thanks to Roshan from Galaxy travels for all the efforts, co-ordination, communication, guidance & valuable time.

I approached him many times before and during the trip and all the times he addressed my concerns immediately, which helped me to clear all my doubts and made our trip very exciting and pleasant. The trip just went the way designed by agency. I was very peculiar with my hotel selection (walking distance from sea beach, private pool etc.) and happy to see that it was fulfilled properly.
