Irresponsible staff. They dont understand the value of others (patient's time). I called the lab to check for the availability, representative told me that they are available and no more patients in queue. I visited the lab within 5 minutes. You won't believe still these guys took another three hours for my patient's turn. We understand that there may be an emergency case but it was not the case when I visited the lab. I would not recommend visiting this lab if you think that your time is precious and valuable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous experience with galaxy vidarbha diagnostics. They have vidarbha best mri 3 tesla machine, well trained staffs and quality reporting. I got my scan and report done quickly. Highly recommended this center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They take very long time and the management is very poor. The receptionists are very rude, doesn't know how to talk to a patient and not at all helpful. They should work on this so that patient don't have to wait for long hours.

1. They are using very advance machines,
2. They provide best service at lower price,
3. They have experienced radiologist.
4. Well skilled technologist
5. Friendly managing staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the setup is fine, the way they give you an appointment time and then make u wait for more than 3 hours for any investigation is mind boggling. Doesn't help the fact that they r selective with cases which they do earlier for scanning and citing flimsy reasons like they had come earlier or they r more serious when it doesn't look like it. As a doctor who came to get a simple MRI, the way they treat people who wait should definitely improve and some sort of snacks or drinks should be provided if they plan on making people wait in excess of 3 hours from the appointment they themselves gave. It just gives example to poor management or just poor attitude. Which won't improve unless someone senior in management takes action. All in all as a doctor it ur not in a hurry and can burn 8 hours of your day , then this place is ok but for someone who's life depends on getting a scan here quickly turn away and go somewhere else
