★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No water connection, no fire NOC, no roadways to buildings. Builder has abandoned the project and no longer doing any work. Please do not buy a flat in this society. No completion certificate as project has been abandoned by builder. Many cases have already been filed in RERA and consumer court against builder.

There are 12 floors and each floor has 8 houses and there is only one lift and that also doesn’t work often. So if people who are ready to have a good physical workout by climbing 12 floors you can give this apartment a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had gone to check a apartment, rooms have ample space but there is only one lift and still working is going on in basement, also in the enterance from lift you see there is no natural light. Not stayed hear so cannot comment on that.
