★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally the best customer service provided in a very long time?. I pre-ordered The Last of Us Part II from Amazon but the other seller didn't ship it even after 3 days of release. Game addicts was kind enough to hook me up with pre order bonus, which no one else is providing with physical games + A poster of the game + A official Last of us 2 Keychain and that too after the release. On top of all that, same day shipping.

Would easily give 6 stars if that was possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Game Addicts , Kolkata has to be one of the most genuine video games seller I've come across. Started buying from them in December 2021 & the seller professional enough to send me a picture of the sealed disc as I was buying for the first time from them & was hesitant about the genuineness. Got Kena Bridge of Spirits for PS4 & got it a good price too. Not only the shop is genuine , but it also has one of the biggest collections ever. I've gotten games from here which I couldn't find anywhere else (Resident Evil Revelations) & some more rare games. I also got the SPECIAL EDITION OF Horizon Forbidden West from them & I also got a sticker set & a DLC code which the owner sent me through WhatsApp.
Will like to mention that I live in UP & the seller is from Kolkata so I needed the seller to be in constant touch through calls & text & not only owner did that , he now constantly keeps telling of the offers he has with certain games..I've gotten games from this shop in excess of 20k since December & haven't been disappointed once. The owner will properly be in touch with you until you get your product delivered & will aid with many other issues too.
