Staff were so friendly and helpful and actually took thier time to show me all the different designs possible so I can get the ring I actually have envisioned. I was very specific in what I really wanted and they met all my requirements and gave me great service and at a great price though I don't give importance to prices as quality comes for a price , highly recommend gandaram jewellers to find the perfect gem stone and ring you want.., I also bought a diamond ring next day

This is a critical part of their branding mix, after the purchase was finalized, my sales person brought out the elegant black revolving ring box with beautiful Led light. Awesome presentation of diamond engagement ring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel I was buying Just any other product or would I feel as if I was going through a true luxury buying experience? Would their sales people be enough knowledgeable? Friendly? Pushy? Would it be easy to return, or would I be given a difficult time? All these question were in mind.
Secondly, knowing Gandaram jewellers would be more expensive than buying online, I wanted to see by just how much. I wanted to put the best I could find online up against the best Gandaram jewellers had to offer (in terms of value,at least). But to my surprise Gandaram jewellers was the best place to buy diamond engagement rings or say any diamond jewellery as they staff is very well trained and not at all in hurry to complete the sale until customer is fully satisfied and at very competitive prices than any other jewellers. you buy engagement ring only once in your life so you don’t mind paying extra but buy a complete peace of mind, I recommend Gandaram jewellers 100%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experience I ever had! They have a different price altogether and they are least bothered on how to treat your customer right. So always think before you pay! And do your own research and always ask them to take proper measurement before paying.
Owner behaved so unprofessionally and was rude! He was in hurry to sell his product and to my surprise he asked our card and get the payment done however, I wanted to check other items as well. But after making the payment I felt not to buy anything from here.
Thanks Gandaram for the experience! You nailed it!
