If you are returning customer of gandevikar - do not waste time at girishbhai gandevikar you will loose trust from gandevikar
Do not like to accept Cards, they just insist on having cash transaction.
Asking customer to go the nearest ATM to have thousands of Rs. cash
or to pay him extra costs to card swap
Waste of time , not good staff and ownership approach
No proper seating, parking anything

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to purchase a small gift item and enquired about a purchase/exchange of old gold and was surprised at how I was treated like a friend, like family. All my queries, choices, requests, interests were catered to. Although every staff member right from the security to the owners themselves have been extremely courteous and warm, I would like to make a special mention of those members who helped my family out with our purchases- Bhumika, Darpana, Manoj, Jayshree, Priyanka and Mrugank. It is not important just to sell a product, it is important to establish a relationship with the customer and I believe it is a lesson everyone can learn from the establishment. It boasts of over 50 staff members and each one of them seemed to be taken care of well by the employers. And perhaps this is why they are able to work with a genuine smile and interest. I am not a jewellery person, but even if it is a small purchase or an exchange that is on my mind, I think I will be visiting them! I have already recommended it to a few friends and will continue to do the same. Thank you, team Girish Gandevikar Jewellers. Keep up the sparkling soul that your institution has- that matters more than every other sparkle!
