My mom was undergoing the root canal treatment at Dr. Samidha Gandhi's clinic, Panvel, but couldn't get complete treatment as Dr. Gandhi denied to do capping post root canal. The staff has no time to answer patient questions and behave very rude. My mom had couple of questions related to her treatment in our last visit, her attendant at clinic responded very badly and said, she will not answer the questions again & again. The patient of mothers age is so badly responded by the attendant that she kept quite with no further questions.They have no value for patients and not bothered for patients sentiments doctor samidha was not at all excepting her staff's fault .
Later when I came to know about the situation We addressed this issue to Dr. Samidha Gandhi same time but she was very normal after hearing this she didnt even let me complete my conversation and said ok ok. she had no time to listen to the problem and instead of that she backed her staff person and told us that she will not continue the treatment. The capping of route canal was not done and we are looking for another doctor who can take up the half job done.
Its very disappointing to see a staff misbehaving with her mother's age lady and Doctor has no time to respond appropriately on the situation.

One assistant dentist during my 3 root canal visits always removed cup of blood from the teeth.
Also she is complaining about your teeth is dirtyest!!!!!
Also one poured a solution in my throat bad smelling and it was aching in the mouth.
Fees for root canal 6500-7000 for one teeth only.
Patients relatives are given no entry
