I worst experience recently.
I visited for purchase of Bhel , Farsan in September. We purchased material worth 610 rupees. For payment we paid through gpay but payment was not processed , hence we tried again through phonepe but it was also not processed. So we paid 500 rupees cash as well
We requested the owner to confirm once payment was received in his account.
But no response was received till one week
The amounts were deducted from my account after 7 days so I called the owner to confirm if any payment was received.
Also I sent screenshot of payment deduction from account
He mentioned that he will check in bank statement and inform us in 2-3 days but no call was received again
I visited for follow up after that but we were shooed away once but still we went after 2-3 hrs
at that time he confirmed one payment again asked for 2-3 days
after no follow up again I followed up again but he had not checked the bank statement again and instead argued with me on some petty issues .
Again after a week out of courtesy i called to check if any updates are there but rude response was received
TO HIGHLIGHT THE attitude of owner is very rude and no concern for customers.
My 1710 bucks are pending with him..
PLEASE DON'T PAY through GPAY or online transfer.
I will never visit the place again..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taste is very good. Everything was fresh including the Puris. Sanitizer was available. Seating arrangement and standing tables are available which is good. One thing that bothered me though, the staff wore masks but it was down all the time, so that's in vain.
P.S. - Sorry for the bad photos my camera lens was smudged :(
