No proper facility...
Lots of bed bugs in every room..
No paste control is done by owner even telling....
Long que for bath, toilet etc...
Less privacy....
No place for cloth drying...
Rooms.are not in good condition.

Bed bugs feel free to go from one room to other as rooms are made of wood and are not sealed from bottom.
Wooden rooms have more more bed bugs!!!
Horrible customer service!!!!!!!
Very rude and selfish owner, security guard and other persons.
Only good pics for marketing and making fool.
Very bad and horrible experience, stayed one night, couldn't sleep whole night because of bed bugs, told owner to clean and spray but he didn't because he had other things to do.
I cleaned the whole place and sprayed the room myself but it was not enough.
Bed bugs moved into my bag, clothes and other things. When I left, they also went with me and infested my new room too.
I had to wash my stuff many times with hot water to make them disappear completely.
I left after one day. They charged me Rs 200 for one night instead of Rs 70 as rent was Rs 2000/month even after requesting.
I forgot to add my review for many days but am doing it when I recalled the incident so that other people do not fall in their trap.
My advice: Danger!!!!!!Do not go!!!!!!!
They wasted my money,time and my labor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome rooms cot basis bathroom are not attached. Messes and tiffin services are nearby. It was Affordable for students. and owner are kindly cooperate us.
If you want save money in pune then you stay hear. Either you have money then i suggest you Think for to PG..
Don't decide it good or bad. You visit and then decide. Decision is yours.
