★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wort cleanliness, people spitting into lifts and breaking lift button. Parkings are full of garbage. Water can spill anytime on your electricity meter and all your equipments can be fused, better you keep your MCB functional.
Worst water management, be ready to spend at least 5 days in a month without water, sometimes you meed to go to nearby friends just to freshen up.
Worst security ever seen in Ahmedabad. Anyone can come and go without security check. On the top of that, they are running their own business of milk supply from security office.
There is a staff office just near the gate, but you never find anyone, whenever you go to report a complaint for something.
