★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend stays here and I went over to visit him. The building has a decent lobby, there is both an automatic door and a manual door lift to access the building. The lifts are however quite small and the capacity is reasonably only 3 people, not because of weight but because of space, especially during these covid times. The interior of the building is maintained alright, however the stairs have a lot of construction equipment stored along it. This however might be temporary so I wouldn't hold that against it. The houses themselves are spacious and nice, however I can't get into much detail as I do not live there, but only went to visit a friend once. All in all, it's definitely above average but only slightly.
